루틴은 없는것 같아요 저는 좀 많이 지치거나 클렌징에 공을 많이 들인날은 오히려 팩을 하구요 가볍게 세안하고 그런날은 다른 화장품도 가볍게 발라요
My skin has become noticeably dry lately, so I'm hesitant about using face masks.
On my way home from work on Friday, I looked at my reflection in the subway window, and my skin looked particularly rough, perhaps because I was so exhausted. I had been working overtime for days to meet a project deadline, so my makeup didn't apply well and my skin felt flaky, which really upset me. I decided to start intensive skincare today, but I suddenly became curious about the appropriate frequency for using face masks. I've heard that many people use a mask every day, but since my skin is quite sensitive, I worry that doing it daily might actually be harmful. How often do you usually manage your skincare routine? Do you adjust it based on your skin condition, or do you have a fixed routine? It's hard to find time in busy mornings, so I usually put one on before bed, but I'm concerned that doing it too often might cause breakouts due to an overload of nutrients. I would appreciate any advice from experts or experienced users regarding a healthy mask frequency. I'm also curious how everyone is taking care of their skin during the changing seasons!
