Is it true that my makeup applies so well after getting a Lara Peel?

I've seen a lot of posts saying that makeup applies well the next day after using Lara Peel, and I'm curious if it's true.
I'm stressed lately because my makeup looks cakey and I have dead skin cells. Would Lara Peel help?
I heard that Lara Peel is good for exfoliating and improving skin texture, so I'd like to hear reviews from people who have used it.
I have particularly dry skin, so I'm wondering if it might get drier after using Lara Peel.
