It's my first time getting a lift. Will the pain be severe?

Now that I'm a year older, I'm worried about sagging skin, so I'm thinking of getting a lifting procedure. There are so many types of lifting treatments that it's hard to decide. Are there any effective options that are minimally painful? I'm a total coward, so I don't think I'll even be able to try it if the pain is too severe.

I've looked it up and heard that Shurink Universe or InMode are good, but could you please recommend a lifting procedure that is safe for a beginner? I'd also prefer it not to take too long. If you know of a place that does a thorough job, please let me know~ I hope everyone gets beautiful skin ^^
