What double chin procedures are available?

Are there any procedures or surgeries available for a double chin? I get a double chin when I lower my head, and it is difficult for me to do so (I'm not sure if this is the cause, though). Would getting double chin removal surgery or a procedure make lowering my head easier? I have a habit of keeping my head up, so it is difficult for me to intentionally lower my head to maintain a straight posture.

I don't know why my double chin gains weight so quickly, even after getting fat-dissolving injections... I'm thinking of getting a lifting procedure because I think the effects would last longer. Among treatments like InMode or Shurink, are there any that really break down double chin fat? Ideally, I'd like to lose weight while also improving skin elasticity!!!
