저도 비슷한 고민이라 공감되네요ㅜㅜ 무리하게 시술부터 하기보다 마사지나 습관부터 천천히 바꿔보면서 필요하면 전문가 상담 받아보는 게 좋을 것 같아요.
Lately, the part that bothers me the most whenever I look in the mirror is my double chin. I didn't used to care much about it, but at some point, it started to stand out when I took photos or looked down, which started to stress me out. My concern deepened because it feels like only the double chin remains, even though I haven't gained much weight. I feel very frustrated because it doesn't seem to go away easily, even after trying exercise and diet control.
Since it constantly bothers me in my daily life, I naturally tend to hunch my posture, and I find myself conscious of my jawline even when talking to people. So recently, I have been looking into various ways to improve my double chin, and I have discovered that there are diverse methods available, ranging from massages and home care devices to professional procedures. However, regarding procedures, I am hesitant to make a decision easily due to concerns about cost, side effects, and recovery time.
Still, I am debating whether it is right to consider a procedure for a definite change rather than continuing to be stressed about my double chin. It would be best if there were a way to improve it naturally, but if that is not possible, I think a procedure that can provide some degree of help could be a viable option. These days, my confidence is even being affected by my double chin, so I want to find a way to improve it, even if just a little.
