How long does the effect of the Pantodil treatment last?

My hair used to be my pride and joy, but at some point, it thinned out and my parting looks sparse.
I am currently using hair loss shampoo and treatment, and even use ampoules regularly, but there is not much effect.
Hair loss is a problem, and I am also concerned about my scalp being very itchy and dry. Will this also improve with a Pantodil treatment?

Now that it's getting dry, I'm even getting dandruff I never had before.
I would like to get a Pandodil treatment. How long do the effects last, and how many sessions are required to see results?
I am curious to know how effective it is.
Would it be more effective to combine Pantodil treatment with taking hair loss medication?
I am also curious about the precautions regarding whether it is okay to tie my hair up or wear a hat immediately after receiving the Pantodil treatment.
I'm a little worried that the DermaShine device used during the Pantodil treatment might irritate the scalp too much and cause side effects.
