What procedures are available to effectively remove freckles and blemishes?

I already had a lot of melasma and blemishes even before pregnancy and childbirth, so I tried IPL at a local dermatology clinic. I paid for a 3-session package, but the darker spots didn't really come off.

Since becoming pregnant, my melasma and blemishes have reappeared.

I want to get a treatment to remove freckles and blemishes again.

I'm curious about what procedures are trending and effective these days!

If anyone knows of a good one, please give it lots of recommendations!

    저도 기미,잡티 때문에 한때 IPL 받아보고 효과가 아쉬워서 속상했었거든요. 다시 생기면 더 신경 쓰이고 어떻게 지워질지 고민이 많아지죠ㅠㅠ
