It breaks my heart that my daughter's skin troubles haven't subsided even though she is an adult. I recommended that she visit a dermatologist for acne treatment, but she is hesitating, saying she is scared after seeing something online. It seems she is getting scared beforehand, fearing her skin might get thinner or leave scars, and hearing that makes me secretly worried too. Does anyone around you have experienced side effects, such as skin breaking out, after getting acne treatments? I want to reassure my daughter and take her there, so I am waiting for honest answers from those with experience regarding whether this is truly a safe procedure.
