Is it possible to get treatments for freckles and blemishes during an office worker's lunch break? I have a question about the timing!

 I'm getting dark spots under my eyes, and my complexion looks so dull. I'm so incredibly busy that I don't even have time to take care of my skin, but looking in the mirror stresses me out, so I'm considering getting treatment for my melasma and blemishes before it's too late. I'd like to get it done quickly during my lunch break or by taking a short half-day off, but how long does a laser treatment usually take? I'm curious about the approximate time required, including the time for the numbing cream and soothing pack.
