Please share some reviews on treatments for freckles and blemishes!

Lately, my mom sighs heavily every time she looks in the mirror. She’s so stressed out because her freckles and blemishes have suddenly flared up all over her face. ㅠㅠ If I could, I’d take her to a dermatologist right away to get rid of them all, but I’ve never had this kind of procedure myself, so I have no idea how it will go. Has anyone taken their parents or tried laser treatments for freckles and blemishes themselves? Please share some genuine reviews on whether the results are good after just one session and if it’s very uncomfortable until the scabs fall off! I really want to do something nice for her.
