Is Pantodil painful?

My hair is on the fine side, and lately the top of my head feels a bit sparse, so I am planning to try Pantodil treatment. Since it involves injecting the treatment directly into the scalp, my biggest concern is how painful the procedure will be.

Is there a significant difference in pain depending on whether it is administered via a needle or pushed in by a machine? I am curious if those who have received Pantodil found the pain to be bearable even without anesthesia. I would also like to know if there are any side effects after the procedure, such as throbbing scalp pain or prolonged redness.
