Are there any effective procedures for reducing a double chin?

Ever since I suddenly started noticing my double chin, it has been bothering me constantly.

I've tried managing my double chin using Gua Sha, but it doesn't seem to be making much of a difference.

So I was thinking I might get a procedure if it can solve the problem.

Besides the direct effects, I also wonder if getting Botox or fillers would be effective.
