Are nasolabial fold fillers effective?

When I look at photos I've taken lately, my nasolabial folds are too prominent.

Even just applying makeup caused it to cake or crack, making wrinkles more visible.

So I'm thinking of getting nasolabial fold fillers, but I'm wondering if they are effective and long-lasting, etc.

I was curious about the reviews from people who actually received it.

Is the effect good even if I'm a bit older, or do I need to get fillers multiple times?

Or I'm curious if it's effective with just one session, since I don't know anything about fillers.
