What is the maximum duration of an acne treatment?

Hello. I really struggled with acne last year. At the time, I received acne treatments every 10 days and took Isotretinoin every day, and by the end of last year, my skin had become much clearer.

But now, tiny bumps are starting to come back again. It's been over two months since I had any acne treatments other than extractions. I'm also only taking one Isotretinoin pill a week.

It seems the effects of the medication and the procedure have worn off... It looks like the sebaceous glands have recovered a lot.

However, getting acne treatments again every 10 days like last year is a significant burden in terms of both time and cost. How long can the effects of acne treatments be expected to last? I would like to use this as a reference to determine the optimal treatment frequency for the future!
