How long does the effect of under-eye filler last?

You need flat skin under your eyes to look younger, but the area under my eyes is gradually sinking. On top of that, my dark circles are severe, so the sunken area looks even more hollow, and I think it makes my face look even more tired.

I considered lower eyelid fat repositioning surgery, but I'm scared of the idea, and I recently saw news reports about side effects. So, while looking for other options, I noticed that many people get filler injections under their eyes.

So I'm looking into fillers, but the skin under the eyes is naturally very thin. Since the amount of filler that can be injected is likely limited compared to other areas, I'm wondering how long the effects will last.

It seems like the treatment cycle would be shorter than for other areas. For those of you who have had fillers injected under your eyes, what was your experience like?

Even if the effects are short-lived, it is safer than surgery and the results are immediate, so if the advantages clearly outweigh the disadvantages, I would like to try filler treatment. Do you recommend under-eye fillers?
