Are there any precautions for lifting for those worried about sunken cheeks?

I have a face shape where the cheekbones stand out because there is so little flesh on the front of the cheeks,

As I get older, my jawline is sagging again, and my face is becoming peanut-shaped.

I want to get a radio frequency or ultrasound lifting treatment that really boosts skin elasticity,

I am so scared that I might experience a skeletal side effect where the areas without flesh sink even deeper.
