Is there a good acne treatment? I'm really worried.

Has anyone seen results from acne treatments? I'm really worried because I've been getting so many breakouts on my face lately. ㅠㅠ

I don't usually get severe breakouts, but maybe because of stress, it's gotten really bad. It keeps popping up, especially on my chin, and now I think I'm getting scars and discoloration. I've never had any acne treatments, and since I'm not a teenager anymore and I'm all old, I'm really worried. Home care like using tea tree oil doesn't seem to be very effective, so I think I really need to look into getting a proper acne treatment now. If anyone has successfully gotten rid of chin acne, please give me some advice.
