Is the pain from Vita quite severe?

It has already been 14 years since I started teaching children. Because I stand and speak in the classroom every day and constantly worry about my appearance, my face has recently lost its vitality and looks very dry and haggard, which worries me. A colleague suggested I try a salmon injection, so I looked into it and found out about Vitaran. I tend to be a bit of a wimp, so my biggest concern is how painful it will be. If anyone has actually tried Vitaran, I would be grateful for your honest feedback on whether it is painful enough to require general anesthesia or if it is bearable with just anesthetic cream. I am planning to bite the bullet and try it during my upcoming vacation.
