Please recommend some treatments for melasma and blemishes.

Since my vacation last year, my freckles and blemishes have noticeably darkened, and I get so stressed every time I look in the mirror... *sobbing*... I was so caught up in my busy daily life that I couldn't even remember to properly apply sunscreen, and before I knew it, my skin tone became dull and my face seems to have turned into a mess overall.

I feel like whitening cosmetics and home care alone won't be enough anymore, so I'm planning to get proper help from a dermatologist.
