Is there a skin booster treatment that can address both pores and fine lines?

My skin is currently dry and tight, but at the same time, it's oily on my nose and butterfly zone, making my pores look enlarged. It's in this awful state—dry on the outside, greasy on the inside.

I have fine lines, but my pores have also enlarged, so my skin doesn't look firm and feels just like a loofah. Both vertical and horizontal pores are noticeable.

Are there any skin boosters that can also address fine lines and pores? I've heard that enlarged and sagging pores are ultimately caused by a loss of elasticity, so I'm not sure if I should get a skin booster treatment effective for skin firmness or if it would be better to just get a lifting procedure.
