Does the cost of the melasma skin booster increase significantly when combined with laser treatment?
I went around unprotected from UV rays, and dark pigmentation clumped up around my cheekbones. When I went for a toning consultation, they told me that my skin barrier is too thin and that using only the laser could actually make the pigmentation darker, so they recommended using a melasma skin booster in conjunction.
The principle of making the skin environment healthier to reduce melanin production is very appealing, but getting injections every time I visit exceeds my budget, which is a huge burden. When bundled into a package like this, is it reasonable to charge an additional amount per session for the melasma skin booster? It sounds like it will be painful enough to bring tears to my eyes, so I would feel really cheated if I were to get ripped off on the money as well.
I am also curious if mixing it with a blemish skin booster definitely creates a more immediate synergistic effect than using it alone.
