When I look at reviews of acne treatments, I wonder why there is such a big difference in results!

When I look up reviews for acne treatments, some people say their results improved dramatically while others say it wasn't very good, which makes me even more conflicted. I'm curious if the difference in effectiveness is due to skin type or the type of treatment.

I would also like to know if the results vary depending on the clinic where the acne treatment was performed and the aftercare methods. I am worried that I might get the treatment at just any place and not see any results, so I am curious about what criteria I should use when evaluating reviews.
