I'm considering getting a treatment for adult acne. Which one would be best?

I don't know why my breakouts are getting worse now that I'm an adult when I never even had them back in school lol. I'm going crazy because they keep popping up around my mouth and chin, whether it's because of masks or stress ㅜㅜ I'm worried I'll just end up with scars from trying to squeeze them out at home, so I'm planning to get a consultation for professional acne treatment this time haha.
