Does anyone know of a good place for managing freckles and blemishes?

Lately, every time I look in the mirror, I’m so worried about the freckles and blemishes that have gotten so much darker. ㅠㅠㅠ In the past, I could roughly cover them with concealer, but now they don't even hide well with makeup. My complexion looks dull overall, so I'm really stressed about it. ㅠㅠ

I want to get proper care before it's too late. Are there any places that are really good at laser treatments or skincare for melasma and blemishes?!! I would prefer a place that provides thorough consultations tailored to my skin type and avoids unnecessary treatments.
