I'm worried about my skin becoming much drier and rougher lately. How do you do your home care?
When I got home from work and looked in the mirror, I was really surprised to see that my face looked unusually dull and lifeless today. Perhaps because of the changing seasons, my makeup doesn't apply as well as it used to and feels like it keeps flaking off, which is upsetting. A friend I met yesterday for the first time had a subtle glow on her skin, so I asked her for her secret, and she said it was thanks to consistent home care. I've been in a rush to barely wash my face and go straight to sleep, using fatigue as an excuse, but from now on, I plan to get my act together and make some time for myself little by little. I intend to start with sheet masks and slowly build a home care habit, but now that I'm actually about to start, I'm not sure which products would be best. Buying expensive devices outright is still a bit of a burden for me, so are there any home care methods that are cost-effective yet still show tangible results? I'm really curious about what kind of routines you all usually follow. Could you share even a small tip that someone as lazy as me can follow consistently every day?
