I've been feeling self-conscious every time I look in the mirror lately. Could I ask you to recommend some health supplements?

Yesterday, on my way home from work, I looked at my reflection in the subway window and was shocked to see how unusually dull my complexion looked. In the past, even if I stayed up all night, my makeup would apply well the next day, but lately, I can definitely feel that my skin lacks the vitality it used to. Even applying expensive ampoules seems to provide only temporary relief, so I’ve become convinced that I now need care that nourishes my skin from within. Looking around, I see that everyone is managing their vitality by taking at least one health supplement that suits them. I want to start investing in myself before it's too late, but there are so many types that choosing one is really difficult. Do any of you happen to have any health supplements that you have taken consistently and found helpful in improving your complexion or overall condition? I’m curious about information regarding supplements that you genuinely bought with your own money and have been using for a long time—not advertisements. If there are any products that are easy for a beginner to start with, could I respectfully ask for a recommendation?
