Please give me information on the pain and recovery period for the Vitaran procedure!

I recently heard that the Vitaran procedure, which utilizes PN—an ingredient found in salmon extract—is good for skin regeneration and hydration. My skin is very dry, so I am considering getting the Vitaran treatment. However, is the procedure quite painful? I have also heard that the Vitaran treatment can cause an embossing effect, so I am concerned whether it will be a significant hindrance for a working professional to receive the treatment.

I am also curious about how long it takes for my skin to recover and return to normal after the Vitaran procedure. I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there are any precautions I should take before and after the procedure!
