I'm thinking about getting Botox, but is it very painful?

I'm worried because I'm a coward.

I had already made up my mind and even booked an appointment for Botox, but since I am such a scaredy-cat and get nervous just at the sight of a needle, I was really worried about how painful it would be.

People around me say it just stings for a moment and then it's over, but since the intensity of the sting varies from person to person, I'm not feeling brave enough.

In particular, I am curious whether applying anesthetic cream when getting Botox really reduces sensation to almost nothing, or if you can still vividly feel the injection going in.

Is there anyone here who is as dramatic as I am and has had this procedure done?
