What precautions should I take after receiving Pico Toning?

I have noticed a lot of blemishes on my face since returning from vacation, so I booked an appointment for Pico Toning. I remember having a difficult time with daily life after receiving a different laser treatment in the past because my face turned so red. I am wondering if scabs will form or if the redness will last a long time with this Pico Toning treatment. I would appreciate any tips from those who know if it is okay to wash my face or apply makeup immediately after the procedure, or if there are any precautions to follow before and after Pico Toning. I am also curious if applying a separate regenerating cream in addition to sunscreen after the treatment will enhance the results.
