Please provide information on the pain and recovery period for the Vitaran procedure!

I recently heard that the Vitaran procedure, which utilizes PN—an ingredient found in salmon extract—is excellent for skin regeneration and hydration. My skin is very dry, so I am considering getting the Vitaran treatment. However, is the procedure quite painful? I have heard that the Vitaran treatment can cause an "embossing" effect, and I am concerned if this will significantly interfere with my work life. I am also curious about how long it takes for my skin to recover and return to its normal routine after the procedure. I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there are any precautions I should take before and after the treatment.
