I'm curious about reviews of acne treatments.

Until now, I didn't know acne treatments existed; I just used patches or squeezed them with my hands. Acne treatments are procedures specifically designed to remove acne, right? I'm curious if they are effective. For those who have experienced acne treatments, how was the pain? I don't have acne all over my face, but I get a lot of it on my forehead and around my nose. How much of the area can be treated with an acne treatment? How long does it take for the acne to completely disappear after the treatment? I never thought there was a procedure to remove acne.
