I'm curious about the duration of filler effects.

I'm so stressed because the sides of my cheeks look hollow, probably because I haven't been sleeping well lately. Now that I'm in my 30s, it feels like I look older immediately if I lose weight in my face, so I'm thinking about getting a little filler to fill them in!! Haha.

By the way, I'm curious how long the filler lasts after just one session!! Hahaha. I'm worried it won't be cost-effective if it fades too quickly, but does it usually last easily for about a year? Or do I need to get regular touch-ups to keep the shape looking nice? Please give me some tips lol.
