How much filler should I inject to get a natural-looking effect?

I want to get fillers, but I don't want them to look too obvious, so I'm having a lot of trouble deciding.

I'm wondering how much filler I should get to achieve a natural effect!!

Since this is my first time getting fillers, I'm worried that if I get greedy and inject too much, it might look unnatural haha. I've also heard that getting fillers in small amounts over time looks more natural, so I'd like to know if that's actually true~

I'm also curious if the fillers look natural enough that people around me won't even notice.
