Is the pain from the Shrink Universe procedure manageable?

I heard that the Shurink Universe procedure is much less painful than the conventional Shurink. Is it really bearable even without anesthetic cream?

If anyone knows about the pain level of Shrink Universe and how long the swelling lasts after the procedure, please share.
