It's sad that my skin is thin lol. I'm curious who I should recommend this for freckles and blemishes ㅠㅠ

Hello everyone ㅠㅠ The weather has been so nice lately that I've been happily speeding around on the highway every weekend, but I guess I was completely unprotected from the sunlight coming through the driver's side window haha. Brown pigmentation has flared up only on my left cheekbone, and I'm seriously stressed out every time I look in the mirror ㅠㅠ It doesn't even cover up well with makeup, so I'm frantically searching online to get laser treatment to get rid of the freckles and blemishes at the root.

But my skin is super thin and easily turns red—I'm the "ocean sunfish" type ㅠㅠ. I'm scared because I've heard that if laser toning is done incorrectly, the pigmentation can actually get darker or the skin can become dry. I saw on doctors' YouTube channels that even sensitive skin like mine can get rid of melasma and blemishes with about ten sessions using a Pico laser, treated gently. Is that really true? Haha. I really, really want to know if people with thin skin are actually recommended candidates for laser treatment to remove melasma and blemishes lol.

Since they say it never goes away naturally once it appears, I suppose the answer is to go to the hospital and get it cauterized as soon as possible ㅠㅠ If any of you have thin skin but achieved smooth, peeled-egg-like skin after consistent treatment for melasma and blemishes, please leave me a message of hope haha. I would really appreciate it if you could share your vivid reviews in the comments, such as whether a lot of scabs form and if you can resume your daily life immediately ㅠㅠ
