My nasolabial folds are so stressful ㅠㅠ How long does the filler last? Haha

Hello everyone, did you all have a good day today? Haha. I'm an office worker in my thirties, born in 1993. I've been dieting lately by only eating salads and lost some weight, and it shows on my face first. ㅠㅠ My nasolabial folds, which were already bothering me, have suddenly deepened, causing my foundation to crease and making me look totally old. Haha. So, for the first time in my life, I'm considering getting fillers to plump up the sunken areas.

Fat grafting is surgery, so it scares me too much, and I think the recovery will take a long time. It seems like fillers are the only option for simply adding volume with an injection. However, I'm really curious about how long the effects of fillers generally last after just one injection. If I have to keep going back every six months, it feels like it would be quite a burden in terms of both time and money. I'm curious how often you guys usually get them refilled.

Also, I saw some scary reviews saying that getting too much filler makes you look like a monkey, so I really want to get just a small amount to look natural ㅠㅠ I'm worried about whether it feels foreign when I smile. If there are any of you who got fillers around your nasolabial folds like me and are completely satisfied with them without any regrets, please share some tips haha.
