Essential habits for your skin when turtlenecks feel scratchy

Looking closely at my face under the vanity light at this hour of the night just makes me sigh. Perhaps because the weather has suddenly turned so cold, my skin looks particularly dry and dull; the reflection in the mirror feels completely unfamiliar. By the way, it is so frustrating that my computer is frozen at this hour, trying to update Windows. Actually, I sat in front of the mirror earlier feeling proud after giving my parents a generous amount of pocket money for the first time in a while. Seeing them happy warmed my heart, but seeing my own face seem to be losing its vitality makes me feel a bit melancholic. It is a night where a timid worry washes over me: should I start taking better care of myself now? I think I have focused only on the cosmetics I apply to the outside, while being too indifferent to the lifestyle habits needed for a radiance to radiate from within. I know I should drink warm water often and ensure a balanced diet, but I feel pathetic for finding it so difficult and bothersome to practice even such small inner beauty tips. How is everyone managing to stay healthy from the inside out this winter? Could you possibly share a way that even a timid and anxious person like me can easily get started? Maybe it's because it's late at night, but my thoughts keep spiraling, and I just can't fall asleep.
