How much does a double chin usually cost?

The weather was nice for the first time in a while, so I went to a cafe to take some photos hoping to get the perfect shot, but I was startled to find a pelican right in the frame.

I am on the thinner side, but whenever I tilt my head slightly, the fat under my chin folds in two, making my impression look too dull. I heard that procedures that completely destroy fat cells are more effective than contouring injections, so I am looking into it.
