Do you have a personal routine you always follow for your skin health?

 

I'm suddenly curious about what routines others follow for their skin health!

I always make sure to stick to my water drinking routine.

I go to work in the morning and brew a full 500ml cup of Danggulle tea to drink at the office.

After lunch

When the afternoon shift starts, fill a 1000ml tumbler with ice and mix water with lemon juice.

They say they drink it frequently.

Also, make sure to drink water consistently and frequently throughout your work shift.

I think I'm sticking to drinking 2 liters of water a day.

 

Thanks to that, my skin hardly feels dry.

It seems to generally stay moist.

 

Oh, and one more thing

Packing a face mask every day is also a skincare routine that I strictly follow.

On days when I'm too tired, I sometimes just fall asleep.

Can you feel the difference between the days you use a face mask and the days you don't?

I found myself becoming diligent without even realizing it.
