Maybe it's because it's spring, but lately I've been eating whatever I could get my hands on—flour-based and greasy foods—without discrimination. As a result, I've gained weight and my skin has broken out.
This morning, tiny pimples are popping up all over like volcanic craters.
Ah, I'm so upset that all the consistent care I've put in hasn't paid off.
I think there is definitely a correlation between skin and food.
First, I soaked a cotton pad with a mild Cica toner and soothed the areas where small pimples had appeared. Then, I covered them up a bit with concealer and primer, and patted them with powder.
On days like this, I don't want to put on makeup or go out, but since I have to earn money, I go to my workplace.
I'm sure I'll be bothered by these tiny bumps all day, so I want to put on some round acne tape, but it looks unsightly, so I'll pass.
I envy those beautiful women with firm, acne-free skin and no visible pores.
