I think I've finally gotten my skin under control a bit, preventing it from breaking down every change of season.

Every spring, my skin would invariably become sensitive and breakouts would occur, but this year seems a bit different, so I wanted to share this.

There are exactly two things that have changed: my morning cleansing routine and the order of my moisture layering. I used to just wash my face with water in the morning, but I switched to lightly wiping only the T-zone with cleansing water, and my whiteheads have noticeably decreased. On top of that, since I follow the sequence of applying a moisture ampoule first after cleansing and finishing with a light lotion, my skin feels less dry from within.

It might seem like a small thing, but as it accumulated, I could feel my overall skin condition changing. I realized that finding a method suited to your skin type is much more important than blindly applying thick creams just because it is the change of seasons.
