Sharing my skincare routine for the changing seasons~
The weather has been changing day by day lately, so my skin has been getting sensitive. That is why I changed my routine a little to take better care of it than usual during the transitional season.
In the morning, after cleansing, I refine my skin texture with a light toner, and finish with a moisturizing essence and a hydrating cream to keep it hydrated. I never skip sunscreen because there is a lot of external irritation on my way to work.
If I feel dryness after lunch or in the afternoon, I replenish moisture frequently with a mist, and after work, I start with cleansing. Lately, I especially feel more at ease doing a second cleanse with a gentle foam cleanser after an oil cleanse.
In the evening, I focus on soothing and moisturizing the skin. I use a moisture-rich mask pack 2 to 3 times a week, and finish with a serum and a rich cream.
Since my skin is sensitive due to the changing seasons, I focus on using gentle products, and the core of my routine is prioritizing hydration. Lately, falling asleep with a warm cup of tea is also a must-have tip. It feels like both my skin and my mind are being healed.
