Rather than trying to drastically improve my skin, I tend to focus on managing it by “ways to keep it from getting worse”!
First off, I make sure to stick to these two things: lathering up thoroughly and washing my face as gently as possible, and applying toner immediately afterward. I used to skip applying it right away because I was too lazy, and my skin ended up feeling really tight afterwards.
And in the morning, I don't apply a lot of different products and just keep it light, but I tend to pay a little more attention to my skin at night.
I've noticed that people with good skin often have simple routines, and I find myself relating to that for some reason.
By any chance, has anyone changed their face washing habits and seen their skin improve?!
