I am worried because I can see my skin sagging and losing elasticity.

Lately, I am very worried because every time I look in the mirror, I can see my skin sagging and losing its elasticity. Although I know this is an inevitable change that comes with aging, my facial contours are becoming blurred, and the feeling of sagging—especially in my cheeks and jawline—is getting stronger, making me feel a desperate need for lifting treatments. In the past, my skin was firm and supple just by taking good care of it, but these days, no matter how much I moisturize, my skin feels saggy and lifeless, which is deepening my concerns.

Perhaps because I tend to use my facial muscles a lot, fine lines around my eyes and mouth have increased, and my jaw and neck lines are sagging, which is bothering me as it seems to have changed my overall appearance. Along with the loss of elasticity, my skin has thinned, making my skin tone look dull. I am also very disappointed that even when I try to cover it with makeup, my natural contours don't come alive. Therefore, realizing that simply moisturizing or providing nutrients is not enough, I have recently been actively looking for home care and management methods aimed at lifting.

I am currently interested in various methods. First, there are home care techniques that stimulate the skin, such as gua sha or massage, to aid blood circulation and lymphatic drainage. I plan to try using serums or oils that enhance elasticity, along with massages that relax and lift facial muscles, as I have heard this is beneficial. I am also considering procedural methods, such as skin boosters, specialized lifting ampoules, and fillers; however, I have learned that it is important to select the appropriate method based on the degree of skin sagging and loss of elasticity.

I believe that consistency is the key above all else. Since noticeable changes won't occur in just a day or two, it is important to establish a habit of making time every day to massage my face and neck and consistently using firming products. I also feel that lifestyle habits cannot be overlooked, so I plan to ensure I get enough sleep, proper nutrition, and adequate hydration.

Ultimately, since sagging skin and a lack of elasticity affect not only one's appearance but also one's self-confidence, I believe it is necessary to manage it actively. If you, like me, are concerned about overall lifting and skin elasticity, I think the wisest choice is to find a method that suits you—ranging from home care to professional treatments—and practice it consistently. Given that small daily efforts can accumulate to bring about significant changes to your facial contours and skin condition, I feel it is important to start now.

요즘 느끼시는 고민이 정말 현실적으로 와닿습니다. 말씀하신 것처럼 단순 보습만으로는 해결이 안 되는 시점이 분명히 오는데, 지금 딱 그 단계에 들어가신 것 같아요.
