Today is a day when my skin condition is about a 65 out of 10.

I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror, and it really showed on my face that I stayed up late yesterday and didn't drink much water. I have some puffiness under my eyes, and overall, my skin looks dull and dry. You know that feeling when all the moisture has been drained out?

So today, I applied two layers of basic skincare, added another hydrating ampoule, and finished with sunscreen, and it seems like it might be a little better. On days when my skin is in poor condition, it feels like there is a limit no matter how much I try to look good, so whenever this happens, I painfully realize just how important regular skincare really is.

I think sleep and hydration are the most basics, but that's actually the hardest thing to stick to. I'm telling myself that I need to go to bed early tonight. How do you all manage to get through days when your skin condition is poor?
