I had my 4th Pico Toning session today. Every time I get one, I look closely to see if there is any change, and this time I feel good because I can definitely feel something changing.
Honestly, I didn't feel anything during the first and second sessions. There was just a reddening of my skin, and that was it. It wasn't much different during the third session either, but after getting my fourth session today and looking in the mirror, I think I can see the pigmentation on my cheekbones has faded a little compared to before. It might just be my imagination, but when I came home and compared it to old photos, there was definitely a difference.
My therapist emphasized the importance of consistency, so I’ve scheduled up to my 5th or 6th session. For those who have struggled with melasma and blemishes for a long time, I recommend receiving Pico Toning treatments cumulatively rather than expecting quick results. It seems like I’m finally starting to see changes myself.
