My skin turns red all the time. Which laser would be best?

Hello everyone. I've been so stressed since I was young because of facial flushing, often referred to as "country bumpkin disease." I'm writing this post to ask if you could recommend any treatments. Usually, I can cover it up with makeup, but during winter or the changing seasons when the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors is huge, my face turns bright red as if it's about to explode just from being outside into a warm room. It's so embarrassing, haha. My face turns red immediately if someone asks even a slightly awkward question, so it's really hard to hide my emotions.

I've tried applying aloe vera gel at home and I'm constantly using cosmetics with Cica ingredients known for soothing effects, but while the heat on the surface of my skin subsides slightly, it seems like cosmetics simply cannot solve the underlying issue of dilated blood vessels. I looked it up on YouTube and found that facial redness can only be cured by burning off the dilated capillaries beneath the skin with a laser, but there are so many different types that I'm at a loss as to which one to get.

V-Beam laser seems to be the most famous for reducing redness, but there are many reviews saying that it leaves bruises on the face after the procedure. As a working professional, I'm hesitant because getting bruised would make going to work really difficult haha. Has anyone tried treatments like Excel V or Synergy lasers? I'm really curious about how painful it is and whether it's possible to return to daily life immediately without any bruising or swelling ㅠㅠ Also, I've heard that redness lasers don't show results after just one or two sessions and require consistent treatment, so I'd like to know how many sessions people usually book haha. The cost seems like it won't be cheap, so I want to mentally prepare myself before going for a consultation at the dermatologist haha.
