Today is Day 1 of my skin condition record

Lately, my skin condition feels like it's been constantly fluctuating, so I' decided to start keeping a record of it today. On Day 1 of my skin condition log, I felt overall dryness the most. I felt tightness immediately after washing my face in the morning, and my cheeks, in particular, felt rougher.

Even though I applied my skincare more thoroughly than usual, I was a bit concerned because it felt like my skin was drying out from within as time passed. It looks fine on the surface, but the inside of my skin feels dry.

Summarizing Day 1 of my skin condition record, a lack of moisture appears to be the biggest issue, so I think I need to focus on hydration for the time being. Tomorrow, I plan to pay more attention to moisturizing and see if there are any changes.
