하루에 물 2L 마시기 실천하기가 생각보다 쉽지 않은데 그걸 해내시는 분이네요 보리차도 맹물을 대신해서 마실 수 있는 유일한 물이라고 듣긴했는데 확실히 많이 마셔야 하는 물이니 생수가 훨씬 좋을 것 같아요:) 피부의 건조함이 개선되셨다니 부럽습니다

I originally had no habit of drinking water; I could barely manage one or two glasses a day. However, recently my skin texture became so rough that I made up my mind to start drinking 2 liters a day. For the first few days, I was uncomfortable because I had to go to the bathroom too frequently, but after about two weeks, I noticed amazing changes. First of all, the dead skin on my lips decreased, and perhaps because my skin felt more hydrated overall, my complexion feels much more transparent. I painfully realized this time that the basic habit of replenishing moisture from within is the most important thing, far more so than applying expensive cosmetics.
At first, drinking plain water was such a chore that I would add lemon slices or substitute it with barley tea. However, I found that drinking pure water aided my digestion the best and felt like moisture was being delivered directly to my skin. In the past, no matter how much moisturizer I applied, my skin would feel parched by the afternoon, but now I don't feel any dryness even with a light skincare routine. Since I am seeing the double benefit of it helping with weight loss and improving my complexion, I intend to maintain this habit for the rest of my life.
