double chin concerns

I'm going crazy because of this double chin that appears just by tilting my head slightly lol ㅠㅠ It's so stubborn that it won't go away even if I lose weight, so I really want to burn it off with a laser, but I'm worried about potential side effects like sunken cheeks or bruising after the procedure. Ugh.

Of course, if I get it done by a skilled director, I could get a smooth line without worrying about double chin side effects, but I'm such a scaredy-cat lol ㅠㅠ I'm also really curious if I can go about my daily life immediately after the procedure!!
